Creating Original Records for Minerva & MILS Catalogers - Part I Online
"Creating Original Records for Minerva & MILS Catalogers" is intended to guide you through the process of creating a new bibliographic record when an existing one can't be found. This presentation will cover setting up Sierra, working with templates, analyzing the material to be cataloged, and entering the MARC record. It will not be a class on cataloging basics or copy cataloging, but if you've ever wondered how to start with a unique item, this class is for you.
