Registration Information

  • Fee: $75.00

  • ONLY online registrations accepted - no mail-in registration, no registering at the door, no purchase orders

  • Registering online will hold your spot temporarily; you won't be officially registered until your payment is received

  • New this year: Payment via CREDIT CARD. Here are the steps to register:
  1. Once you read the instructions and print the schedule to refer to when selecting your workshops on the registration form… https://www.maine.gov/msl/libs/services/rru/documents/2020Agenda.pdf_WORD.docx, scroll to the bottom of this page and click "Begin Registration"
  2. Fill out the registration form and click "Register"
  3. Scroll down to select your payment of choice: "Pay via Credit Card" OR "Pay by Check"
  4. If you selected to pay by check, you have completed the online registration process and will receive a confirmation email
  5. If paying with a credit card, you can enter that information by scrolling to the bottom of the page and then click "Pay $75.00"
Note: if you don't have the credit card available at the time of registration, you can leave that section blank as there will be a link in your confirmation email which will allow you to pay later so long as you selected "Pay via Credit Card"
  • Payment must be received by March 31st to guarantee your spot. This conference usually sells out quickly so do not delay in making your payment

  • Make checks payable to: Treasurer, State of Maine (please note: checks not made out this way will be returned for reissue)

  • Mail checks to (be sure to include your name with check so we register the correct person):

  • See the Reading Round Up webpage for complete schedule and workshop descriptions (located in yellow box). Since you can't toggle back and forth between the schedule and registration form, it's a good idea to print the schedule so you can refer to it when choosing your workshops

  • Dietary restrictions: lunch will be buffet style and will include vegetarian, vegan & gluten free options. If you have any additional restrictions, please note them on the registration form
