Maine Library Advisory Council Fall Council Meeting Online
This year's Maine Library Advisory Council (MLAC) Fall Council Meeting will be held Wednesday, November 12th from 2:00pm to 3:30pm over Zoom.

We will be welcoming MLAC's three new representatives and providing regional reports as well as other updates from across the state.
The guest speaker for this meeting will be Jenny Melvin of the Maine State Library, and she will be discussing the issue of library director turnover in Maine. This is a critically important subject for libraries of all sizes, and library trustees, friends group members, and city officials are encouraged to attend.
Following Jenny's presentation, we will hold MLAC's first business meeting of the 2025/2026 term, attendance of which is encouraged but not required.
